Coconut cloud matcha

Ingredients
- 150 ml coconut water
- Ice cubes
- 60 ml very cold coconut cream
- 2 g matcha
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Method
- Pour the coconut water over the ice.
- Whisk the cold coconut cream with the matcha and maple syrup into a soft foam.
- Spoon this cloud on top of the coconut water.
